This is a book I recently picked up on an order from the shopping service provided by (along with a few magazines and toys which I’ll talk about another time) and it’s actually much more amazing than I’d originally thought!

I knew that the book would be about designing your village and remaking items to suit your house but the amount of detail is really quite awesome.

EDIT AS OF 30/01/2014 I appreciate that many people are unable to get a copy of this book, and I’m sorry to hear this. However, I had to pay quite a large amount to order my own copy and, whilst at first I didn’t mind taking photos for friendly people now and then, it’s getting quite out of hand now so I’m afraid that I won’t be responding to any more requests for specific pages. Sorry. I paid a lot for this book and it’s unfair to me to give the whole book for free. I hope you can appreciate this. Thank you for visiting. 🙂

The guide features different “model villages/rooms” that you can build (using alternate characters’ houses, such as a hospital, cafe, game center etc) and it goes into immense detail about which items you’ll need, how to dress your character to “fit in” and even recommends which KK Slider song to play!

They also have a neat chart detailing how to breed hybrid flowers!

Another large part of the guide is that it shows ALL possible remake “looks” for each item set. So.. you can see how the Rococo set would look in all three of it’s possible colours and stuff like that which saves searching the internet or, even worse, wasting time by making each colour type!

And, to top it all off? It features 200 different QR codes — paths included — to spruce up your village! Each of the “model villages” use these codes so it’s even easier to create their designs!

I really love this book and would recommend it to any fan of ACNL looking to boost their town’s design!

I frequently use Tenso for buying magazines and books from Japan so I really recommend checking them out if you’re interested in purchasing anything from Japan. I also use amazon Japan to buy the books originally and then Tenso forward them to me.
